To confirm a reservation, Champion Sports Tours must receive the required deposit, along with the name as it appears on your drivers license, complete address and phone number of each individual.

All prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of an order. Written notification is mailed upon receipt of initial deposit. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A personal check may only be used 30 days prior to travel.

Unless noted, all prices published are Per Person Rates.

Champion Sports Tours requires written notification of cancellation. Cancellations received 60 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one-half of the travel package cost. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of the entire cost of the travel package.

If a group tour is scheduled, the number of reservations made is what will be charged to the organization or group leader. Any cancellation on group packages are non-refundable and the organization or group will be invoiced the entire cost of each reservation made.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, Champion Sports Tours will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available to Champion Sports Tours.

Champion Sports Tours reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, any reservation or travel package. If Champion Sports Tours cancels any reservations or travel packages without cause attributable to the purchaser, a full refund will be remitted to the canceled party.

Champion Sports Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or transportation options of equal status and alter any itinerary. Champion Sports Tours will not guarantee transfers at any times or days other than those specified in the terms outlined in a particular travel package. Special circumstances may deem it necessary to eliminate or alter some transfers and this will be discussed with any party that this pertains to.

Champion Sports Tours cannot guarantee adjacent seats but will make every effort to accommodate all parties.

Champion Sports Tours obtains tickets for events in various fashions and at various times. Federal regulations require that Champion Sports Tours disclose that the company is not necessarily in possession of admission tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. However, please be advised that Champion Sports Tours will make every possible effort to deliver all tickets and travel packages. Tickets will be delivered on the day of the event unless alternate arrangements have been made with and agreed upon by Champion Sports Tours. Such alternate arrangements may be requested to be submitted in writing to Champion Sports Tours.

By making a reservation, the purchaser acknowledges that transportation and/or accommodations have been offered, regardless of whether he/she accepts or declines such services.

Since Champion Sports Tours is an all-inclusive travel company, there are times when alcoholic beverages are provided as part of the travel package. Champion Sports Tours or the company travel guide on the trip are not responsible for the monitoring of alcohol intake by any given traveler and will not be responsible for any over indulgence of such traveler. Champion Sports Tours also reserves the right to put off the travel package any traveler that in the sole opinion of Champion Sports Tours is not of sound mind and body.

Purchaser acknowledges that Champion Sports Tours is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by Champion Sports Tours, such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours and event tickets. Champion Sports Tours, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers or staff of Champion Sports Tours, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to purchaser or members of purchaser’s group. Champion Sports Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or loss caused to any traveler or participant in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, intoxication, disease, local laws, climate conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the normal control of Champion Sports Tours or it’s staff. By booking a reservation or embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain insurance coverage against them. Your booking shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents to your travel companions or group members and should any restitution or damages be claimed, they shall be sought directly from the suppliers, not Champion Sports Tours.

Making a reservation with Champion Sports Tours constitutes agreement with all terms and conditions whether or not you have signed and returned the appropriate draft to Champion Sports Tours prior to your travel date.

Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and/or final payment indicates your complete compliance with Champion Sports Tours terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed and returned the appropriate draft.
